Weddings by Max

I gave Max my camera to help entertain him while we were at all of the wedding festivities. He loved it! He took over 100 pictures. Most of the pictures were of legs or 10 pictures of the exact same thing, but I loved seeing the wedding through his eyes.

Uncle Al and Aunt Natalie

We had the opportunity to be a part of Alex and Natalie's special day last week. It was beautiful. Max and Cael were ring bearers and they looked so cute in thier little tuxes. Cael kept his jacket/vest/tie on long enough to have them be on and then he promplty took them off, screaming the whole time. He did not like them! Max was better about his becuase Taryn and all of the groomsmen were wearing thiers. There were a couple mishaps with the ring bearers 1: Cael refused to walk with Max, so Taryn had to carry Cael and escort his bridesmaid at the same time 2: Max was moving so slow he needed to be helped along by Collin, the best man. The wedding was beautiful and we are so excited to have Natalie officially a part of the family!

February

Max actually smiling for a picture! He loves to say cheese whenever we take a picture but that usually leads to him making a weird face. Either that or he is so excited to see the picture he is running to the camera before it is finished =*blur*

Moustache

Partners in crime! I was telling Taryn how amazing these new little markers were that I got for the boys and how washable they were. Taryn decided to put it to the test!

Cael fell asleep during our Valentines Day dinner. We had a pink/red theme. We had strawberries, Pink heart shaped pancakes and pink milk. Max loved making valentines and getting candy.

Cael munching on a sucker he got in his Valentine box at school.

Fighting Daddy! All of the boys love to wrestle. I like it because it wears them all out. When Taryn is out of town the boys go through withdrawls over wrestling.
Taryn spent almost 3 weeks in Perth, Australia for work at the end of January/beg. of February. Tough job right?! It is summer down there and so it was 90 degrees, on the beach, holding koalas and feeding kangaroos. Granted he was there by himself, but...it was Australia. I didn't feel too bad for him.  Since he got home he took me out for a fancy night away from the children! It was great! He even planned all of it from Australia, babysitters and all. Such a sweet hubby. I have just been teaching and spending time with my boys, lovin' life!

Iron Man!

Max loves super heroes. Loves loves loves them. So when we heard that Iron Max was going to be at the Safe Kids Fair over the weekend we decided to go. Max was enthralled and listened to everything that Iron Man said about being safe. It was cute. We also saw lots of animals, police and fire, playgrounds and more. We really only did things while we were waiting for Iron Man. Sad to say but we were there for one reason, but the boys loved it!

Cael Pictures

We had Cael's one-year pictures taken last week by Nicole Ekberg. She is still editing but she posted a couple of them on her site, http://www.photobynicole.blogspot.com/ .I am biased but I think that they are pretty good. Cael was such a trooper too, it was so cold when we took the pictures! I am so excited to see all of them!
